Home Valley Station's tourism operations. Chris holds the title of
Director of Sales, Marketing & Public Relations while Nicolle holds the title of Communications Manager. Product management and
distribution, public relations, website creation through to operational management at the frontline of the station are key elements to

Australian 4WD Hire
id Services Australia was contracted by Australian 4WD Hire to provide tourism management services, requiring all divisions of the company's resources be applied. Please refer to our Tactical advice & Implementation page as an overview of these services. Through this contract Christopher & Nicolle Fenech were enlisted as Senior Managers of the 4WD hire and escorted touring company. Chris held the title of Director of Sales, Marketing & Public Relations while Nicolle held the title of Communications Manager. Owner Brook Picken offered id Services Australia an opportunity to acquire a 50% share of the business with an opportunity to launch the escorted holidays product, which was not taken up by id Services Australia.
Air Adventure Australia
id Services Australia was contracted by Rod Dyer's Air Adventure Australia to provide tourism management
services, requiring all divisions of the company's resources be applied. Please refer to our Tactical advice & Implementation page as an overview of these services. Through this contract
Christopher & Nicolle Fenech were enlisted as Senior Managers of the small group air touring company. Chris held the title of
Director of Sales, Marketing & Public Relations while Nicolle held the title of Communications Manager. Product management and
distribution, brand development and relaunch, public relations, website creation through to management direction of the business were key
elements to the role played by id Services Australia.

Diggers Rest
id Services Australia has offered consultancy services to Diggers Rest Station on a pro bono publico basis, with an eye to develop a formal contract in the future, providing public relations and sales and marketing support services. Please refer to our Identity pages as an overview of these services. Of note, id Services Australia managed the successful acquisition of the film location account, whereby Diggers Rest played host to Baz Luhrmann’s film crew during parts of the filming of Australia – the movie.

Through this contract Nicolle Fenech has been enlisted as a Senior Manager, Nicolle holds the title of Director of Marketing & Public Relations. Sponsorship management, public relations, website creation through to sales activities at wedding expos and major events are key elements to the role played by id Services Australia. One major project was the sponsorship of Miss World Australia Sabrina Houssami, which led to significant pro bono publico work being conducted on behalf of the Miss World Australia organisers.
